The Utility Yard Worker is responsible for assorted maintenance including maintaining clean and well-groomed grounds around the facility. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Paints equipment and buildings for preventive maintenance. Maintains clean area around dumpsters; picks up trash; dumps and cleans trash barrels. Cleans interior of plant including showers, restrooms, and breakroom. Responsible for familiarity and observation of all company safety rules and regulations. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred. Prior maintenance/janitorial experience preferred. Work well with others in a team environment. Dependable; reliable.
