APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and dressing. Learn to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Safely use hand, power, torque, and basic electrical testing tools, including a multimeter. Follow digital work instructions and standardized processes while maintaining quality and productivity. Support EHS, 6S, housekeeping, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while completing required technical and workmanship training. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 2+years of experience with wiring mechanical components, MCC- part sizes (without the copper involved) What Sets You Apart: Relevant manufacturing, assembly, electrical, vocational, or apprenticeship experience. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn mechanical drawing interpretation. Has the ability to learn Basic knowledge of the environment Someone that can come in and learn at entry level that has basic mechanical and electrical engagement. Low voltage compartments knowledge Good attitude that wants to learn Ability to safely use common hand, power, and torque tools after training. Ability to learn DIN rail and cable duct processing requirements. Basic electrical assembly knowledge and ability to learn schematic and wiring diagram interpretation. Ability to complete wire-processing certification and perform basic cutting, stripping, crimping, dressing, and routing. Ability to follow standardized work instructions and produce quality assemblies under supervision. Ability to learn multimeter use for point-to-point verification and basic testing. Basic computer skills and ability to use digital work instructions, SieOps, execution tasks, and timekeeping tools. Commitment to EHS, quality, 6S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Ability to complete product, workmanship, and UL 508A training.
