Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $26.26+ per hour

Schedule: Onsite | 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM | Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to lead warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This temporary position is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, supporting inventory accuracy, driving operational performance, and ensuring safe and efficient inbound, outbound, cross-dock, and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 15-35 warehouse employees across shipping, receiving, inventory, and cross-dock operations.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, safety performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Lead shift meetings, communicate daily goals, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while addressing attendance, performance, and workplace concerns.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, logistics, inventory, and leadership teams to resolve challenges and achieve business goals.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work assigned shift, overtime, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
