Kratos has an opportunity for aiProfessional Buyer with technical expertise in CPSR related US Government procurement, electronics, and other commodities and services. The candidate must be able to function with considerable latitude and be able to determine objectives and assess approaches to tasks and assignments with direction from management. The candidate must demonstrate ability to work with a team to improve processes, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, maintain supplier relationships, ensure compliant, effective, and efficient fulfilment of requirements, and report to management.

• 5 years' experience in Government procurement
• 5 years' experience with CPSR requirements
• 3-5 years in Purchasing electronics
• Bachelors degree in a related field is required or 8-10 years of experience without a degree
• Working and proficient FAR/DFARS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to understand ERP systems and other IT tools
• Strong organizational skills

• 7-10 years' experience in above

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $75,000-$88,000
