Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic objectives into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate clear understanding across all teams regarding delivery expectations and schedules.
  • Act as the primary program liaison for external suppliers of specialized components, ensuring their adherence to technical specifications, development milestones, and validation plans.
  • Organize and lead internal core team meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation to provide concise, effective updates on program status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the core team to manage and update program plans, financial forecasts, and budget allocations.
  • Ensure transparency of issues, identify and assess risks, and proactively drive resolution while tracking risk mitigation efforts.
  • Support critical decision-making by collaborating cross-functionally to develop and recommend actionable options.
  • Assist with program management and operational activities, including issue tracking, quarterly planning, and developing performance metrics to measure progress towards goals.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or engineering program management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in hardware product development.
  • Demonstrated and proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
  • Experience and capability in managing international suppliers, with flexibility for international travel as required.
  • Proven ability to navigate and lead teams effectively through ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional ability to maintain a strategic overview while delivering clear, concise, and tailored communications to diverse audiences.
  • Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in dynamic, complex environments.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with autonomous vehicle systems, test platforms, or simulation environments.
  • Background in automotive or aerospace processes.
  • Experience with hardware development involving electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
