Inside Sales Intern - Customer Service Focus (Summer 2027)

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Inside Sales Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in delivering excellent customer service, supporting business processes, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Supporting internal and external customers.
  

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0+
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous customer service experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.

• Enthusiasm for learning and developing customer service and sales skills.
