About the Role

Aquent Studios is seeking a Producer, Social Creative to join our team supporting Qualcomm. They will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of social-first creative across Qualcomm's portfolio of brands, including Snapdragon and emerging growth businesses. Partnering closely with the Managing Creative Director, creative team, Social organization, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role serves as the operational lead for the Social Creative team. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, production expertise, and creative workflow knowledge to keep teams aligned, remove obstacles, and move work efficiently from brief to launch.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as the operational lead for the Social Creative team, managing workflows, timelines, priorities, and resources.
  • Oversee projects from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, social, brand, media, PR, production, and agency partners.
  • Build and manage project plans, milestone schedules, reviews, approvals, and delivery calendars.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs to keep work on track.
  • Support production planning and execution across campaigns, social content, creator programs, and recurring content initiatives.
  • Continuously improve team processes, communication, and operational best practices while enabling creative excellence.


Who You Are



  • Experienced producer, project manager, or creative operations professional with a background in agency, studio, social, or content environments.
  • Strong understanding of creative development, production workflows, and social content creation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and drives alignment across teams.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with both creative and business stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and energized by helping teams do their best work.
