We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team in Cedarburg, WI. In this onsite position, you will provide both general and ad hoc analytical support to a variety of internal stakeholders. You will analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that help the sales team identify, advance, and close new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Leveraging both internal and external data sources, you will support sales reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning efforts. Additionally, you will develop and deliver reports, presentations, and other communication materials that provide valuable business insights to sales, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership teams, helping to optimize sales performance and drive overall business success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Collect, analyze, and report sales performance data from internal systems, customer databases, and syndicated sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations to support sales planning and decision-making.
  • Support account planning and business development initiatives by identifying priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and process sales-related documentation, including quotes, proposals, promotional agreements, contracts, and customer submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Track and follow up on quotes, proposals, renewals, and other sales documentation to support customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Maintain customer information, sales activity records, and account documentation within designated systems.
  • Analyze promotional performance and provide recommendations to improve future program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support demand planning, product launches, discontinuations, and customer initiatives.
  • Conduct post-event analysis of sales performance, forecasts, promotions, and new distribution activities.
  • Participate in budgeting, new product launches, and other business improvement projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, scheduling, correspondence, presentation preparation, and project follow-up.
  • Build knowledge of industry trends, products, and customers to effectively support sales activities and customer relationships.


  • Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, economics, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • 2 to 5 years of sales support, sales, category management, analytics, or related experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capability to think critically about sales-related challenges.
  • Strong computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience using reporting software and syndicated data and data access tools is a plus.
  • Communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to accurately manage data elements and analysis in a variety of internal and customer-owned tools.
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.
  • Ability to travel 5-15% annually.
