About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our employees through significant technological shifts, ensuring seamless integration and enthusiastic adoption of AI and digital products. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and end-users, translating complex technological advancements into tangible benefits and user-friendly experiences. Your expertise will directly influence our organizational readiness, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and empower our teams to leverage advanced tools effectively, driving measurable impact across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored for advanced digital and AI initiatives.
  • Lead critical adoption and sustainment activities for new product releases, feature enhancements, and ongoing technological improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth stakeholder and user interviews, impact assessments, and readiness assessments to inform strategic approaches.
  • Craft compelling communications, engagement strategies, and change management deliverables that ensure successful technology adoption.
  • Manage and coordinate dynamic training activities, develop robust learning resources, and build organizational capabilities.
  • Lead and nurture a vibrant Change Champion Network, fostering awareness, engagement, and advocacy throughout the business.
  • Collaborate strategically with product teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand impacts and adoption requirements.
  • Gather valuable user feedback and adoption insights to fuel continuous improvement and iterative development.
  • Coordinate change activities across multiple digital and AI initiatives, proactively identifying dependencies and potential stakeholder impacts.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools and technologies to create engaging content, enhance efficiency, and support various change management activities.


Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5+ years of dedicated change management experience supporting significant technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in supporting digital product implementations, technology deployments, or large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing impactful communications, comprehensive training materials, and effective adoption plans.
  • Ability to expertly manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of organizational change principles, employee adoption strategies, and business readiness methodologies.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace initiatives.
  • Possession of a Prosci, CCMP, or similar recognized change management certification.
  • Experience collaborating with Agile product teams and operating within iterative delivery environments.
