Overview of the Position: The Quality Department is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). This position supports quality assurance initiatives, process improvement efforts, supplier quality management, and operational excellence programs to ensure compliance with customer expectations, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. The Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist plays a key role in driving quality improvements across the organization by supporting standardized processes, conducting audits, managing quality systems, resolving quality issues, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Compensation: The salary range for this role is $90,000 USD - $120,000 USD annually. Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred with 3-5 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant quality experience may be considered. Must have ability to obtain ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification within one year of hire. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
