Description This opportunity is seeking a banking operations professional with 2-4 years of experience supporting commercial banking account opening functions in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing new account documentation for business, trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts, along with a strong understanding of account-opening controls, compliance requirements, and banking documentation standards. Successful candidates should be comfortable working within internal banking systems and workflow tools while managing multiple requests with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements are critical, as the role involves reviewing documentation, ensuring completeness, mitigating operational risk, and maintaining compliance standards. Perform endtoend setup of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts through internal accountopening platforms. Review, assemble, and validate new account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Process account maintenance requests, including updates, corrections, and documentation remediation. Support a wide range of account types, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary structures. Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely account activation. Position Details * Location: Brea, CA * Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday through Friday * Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension * Openings: 2 * Priority: Very urgent Key Requirements * 2-4 years of commercial banking operations or back-office experience * New account opening experience * Business, trust, estate, and fiduciary account documentation knowledge * Understanding of banking controls and regulatory requirements * High-volume processing experience * Strong accuracy and attention to detail * Experience using internal banking portals, workflow systems, or account-opening platforms Skills loan experience, existing accounts, data accuracy, Operations analysis Top Skills Details existing accounts, data accuracy Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior exposure to trust, estate, or fiduciary operational workflows Familiarity with regulatory expectations around KYC, CIP, and account governance Strong written communication skills for internal issue resolution and documentation followups Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a deadlinedriven environment Experience navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
