Position Summary:

The Corporate Services Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support the Corporate Services programs within Hunt's HQ at 1900 Akard and 1807 Ross Ave. The Project Manager works closely with contracted service providers, internal departments, and leadership to ensure that projects supporting facilities, operations, and administrative services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Corporate Services department is focused on delivering customer service excellence within the Hunt HQ campus. The Project Manager ensures that projects are planned and executed at a level that achieves departmental goals while providing effective solutions to colleagues and stakeholders across the campus.

The Corporate Services Project Manager has the below areas as part of the main responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Financial Responsibility



  • Assisting in preparing, tracking, and forecasting project budgets within the Corporate Services portfolio, ensuring proper coding of expenses.
  • Creating AFE's (Authorization for Expenditure) for unplanned or capital project expenses.
  • Developing directives and scopes of work for 3rd party companies and contractors working on Corporate Services projects.
  • Reviewing project-related invoices and making necessary adjustments prior to submission for approval.
  • Supporting contract administration for project-related third-party service providers, including negotiations, contract execution, and tracking of certificates of insurance.
  • Monitoring project spend against budget and identifying opportunities to reduce cost.


Project Management & Vendor Coordination

The Project Manager works closely with several 3rd party companies and internal stakeholders to ensure that project scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.



  • Leading end-to-end project management for Corporate Services initiatives, including office moves, facilities upgrades, vendor transitions, and process improvements.
  • Developing project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for each initiative.
  • Coordinating with facilities, IT, procurement, HR, and other departments to align project deliverables and minimize disruption to campus operations.
  • Overseeing project-related vendor performance across service areas, including:

    • General support services (mail, shipping, receiving, work order systems).
    • Furniture inventory, installations, reconfigurations, and moves.
    • Space planning projects, including SLB space and storage consolidation.
    • Food & Beverage program updates and buildouts.
    • Landscape, irrigation, and campus aesthetic projects.
    • Event planning.

  • Tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to the Director of Corporate Services as needed.
  • Preparing project status reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Ensuring project work complies with company policies, safety standards, and budget guidelines.


Other Duties and Responsibilities



  • Partnering with the Corporate Services Manager and Director of Corporate Services to align project timelines with day-to-day operations.
  • Communicating suggestions to the Director of Corporate Services to improve current processes, systems, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Providing the Director of Corporate Services with recommendations on cost-saving opportunities identified during project execution.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Services operations.
  • Performing additional job duties as requested.


Required Skills:



  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP, Open Invoice, DocuSign, or similar platforms.


Required Experience:



  • Experience managing project budgets, including OPEX/CAPEX tracking and monitoring.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects, preferably within corporate services, facilities, or operations environments.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
