Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Over the years, LSS has grown to become one of the largest human service agencies in the two state area serving more than 125,000 clients annually. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program Location: Trempealeau County, WI Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Make a difference by helping individuals and families access the support they need to thrive. LSS is seeking a compassionate and organized Service Facilitator to partner with individuals, families, and community providers to assess needs, develop personalized service plans, and coordinate services that promote independence, well-being, and growth. Compensation based on education and/or credentials: Bachelors: $24.20/hr Master's Degree: $27.20/hr Master's w/therapy licensure: $28/20/hr What You'll Do
