Basic computer skills required, including data entry and navigating inventory management software. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus but not required. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience. Knowledge of inventory tracking methods, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy procedures is a plus. Experience using inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse management software preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday. Ability to lift, carry, and handle inventory materials as needed. Capability to perform repetitive counting, sorting, stocking, and inventory tasks. Ability to work in a warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels. Job Duties Maintain accurate inventory records through counting, tracking, and data entry. Receive, verify, sort, and organize incoming inventory and warehouse stock. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials. Utilize inventory management software and handheld devices to record inventory transactions. Organize stock locations and maintain orderly warehouse storage areas. Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and other warehouse operations as needed. Support inventory control processes to improve efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
