What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated and team-oriented R&D Cell Engineering Technician to support preparation of battery cell components and prototype cell fabrication on the second shift. This role focuses on dry electrode process optimization and development for lithium-ion batteries within the cell development team. The position is 100 percent hands-on in an R&D laboratory environment and requires direct experience with battery electrode processes, cell components, and prototype assembly procedures.
