The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical programs of the pharmacy department. This position will utilize resources to provide safe and effective clinical pharmacy programs at the hospital. This position will assist the Director of Pharmacy to assure all legal, regulatory, and accrediting requirements are maintained at the best demonstrated practice. Assure clinical pharmacy services and activities are carried out to meet goals and standards of the hospital. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, the Clinical Manager may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Director of Pharmacy. Minimum Skills: Builds and maintains strong interpersonal relationships Effectively prioritizes tasks and responsibilities Provides clear leadership and guidance to team members Demonstrates in-depth pharmaceutical expertise Delivers engaging and informative presentations Negotiations with confidence and professionalism Financial operations and budgeting Time management Required Certifications: Registered Pharmacist (CA DCA) Registration with California State Board of Pharmacy Board Certification Preferred Experience: 5 years Of related Hospital Clinical Pharmacy experience and/or Postgraduate Year One Pharmacy Residency Pay Transparency The annual salary range for this position is $ 158,080.00 - $260,830.00 .
