Tufts Medicine-MelroseWakefield Hospital is seeking an outstanding OB Laborist to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology team in Melrose, MA. Position Highlights: * 10 shifts per month offering excellent flexibility *8,12-hour shifts/month, Monday-Thursday, Nocturnist schedule: 7 PM-7 AM *2, 24-hour shifts/month, Sundays: 7 AM (Sunday) - 7 AM(Monday) * 900 Deliveries Annually - Shared between OB-Gyn Generalist Team * Dedicated support from in-house Anesthesia, Neonatology, and ICU teams 24/7 * Opportunity to focus on inpatient obstetrics and consultative gynecology Your Collaborative Role: * Provide obstetrical care on Labor & Delivery * Manage triage evaluations and admissions * Perform gynecologic consults and urgent care * Collaborate closely with nursing staff, and physician colleagues * Participate in quality initiatives and patient safety programs Work, Live, and Grow * Strong emphasis on work-life balance and schedule flexibility * Highly competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits package with generous employer contributions About You * Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN * Passion for team-based, hospital-based care * Commitment to caring for a diverse patient population * Eligible for or licensed in Massachusetts How to apply: You can apply via the apply button located at the top of this listing.
