What You'll Do:



  • Develop and execute medium to large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, and communications, defining effective channels to reach target users and achieve team objectives.
  • Conduct and guide user research, leveraging internal and external partners to generate innovative insights and thorough analysis for marketing leadership and product teams.
  • Define and implement product marketing content strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with product strategy and collaborating with production teams for final content delivery.
  • Evaluate product and feature improvements, identify user lifecycle strategies, and define critical user journeys for current and future consumers.
  • Analyze market size and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to specific product voices and goals.
  • Provide feedback and advocate for in-product user experience improvements, managing and resolving product issues to promote user engagement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products and features, providing input into product development, conducting market analysis, and offering insights on industry trends.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by fostering psychological safety, encouraging inclusive decision-making, and actively mitigating biases within the team and broader organization.
  • Participate in marketing planning meetings, prioritizing goals, and developing positioning plans to identify and engage target audiences.
