Aquent is partnering with a pioneering organization at the forefront of delivering innovative energy solutions, dedicated to creating a seamless and informed experience for their customers and internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to profoundly impact how critical information is managed and accessed, directly influencing foundational processes and customer-facing tools within a dynamic and evolving industry.

About the Role

Are you ready to architect and build a knowledge management ecosystem from the ground up? We are seeking a visionary professional to join a highly cross-functional team, where you will be instrumental in centralizing vital information and establishing a single source of truth. This role offers the chance to make meaningful decisions that shape customer experiences and empower internal teams, driving efficiency and clarity across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners to gather, organize, and maintain essential knowledge assets.
  • Diligently review content for accuracy, proactively update outdated information, and strategically remove obsolete content to ensure relevance.
  • Establish robust governance standards and champion database hygiene, setting the benchmark for information quality.
  • Track and analyze knowledge base effectiveness through key metrics such as accuracy, usage, findability, and overall impact, continuously striving for improvement.

Impact and Growth Opportunities

This role is more than just a position; it's an opportunity to:

  • Build and shape a comprehensive knowledge management solution from its inception, rather than simply maintaining an existing one.
  • Exert significant influence over foundational processes, architectural structure, and governance frameworks that will define how information flows.
  • Make pivotal decisions that directly enhance customer-facing tools and elevate user experiences.
  • Gain extensive visibility and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions, expanding your professional network and understanding of the business.

Required Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Documentation Management, or closely related fields.
  • Strong knowledge management architecture experience, demonstrating your ability to design effective information structures.
  • Proficiency in Program Management, enabling you to orchestrate complex initiatives.
  • Expertise in Knowledge and Information Management principles and practices.
  • Strong Technical Communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all documentation.
  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent experience combined with a high school diploma is fully acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who stand out may also possess:

  • Experience within the innovative energy solutions or EV space are highly preferred.
  • Backgrounds in complex documentation and customer-support ecosystems from sectors such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, or healthcare will also be considered.

While this position is fully remote, candidates will be required to work EST hours and must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
