Aquent is partnering with a leading global e-commerce enterprise that is revolutionizing the retail experience. This innovative company is dedicated to fostering a creator-centric culture and building its position as a content-to-commerce leader. Join a team that values entrepreneurial spirit and impactful contributions, where your work will directly shape the future of retail media and creator engagement.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead creator operations, playing a pivotal role in executing brand safety and creator care strategies for a cutting-edge retail media network. This is an exciting opportunity to drive influencer campaigns, manage key supplier relationships, and cultivate a supportive ecosystem for creators. You will make a significant impact by ensuring the highest level of service and support across all touchpoints, directly influencing the success of our content-to-commerce initiatives and expanding our creator network.

What you'll do:

  • Execute daily business operations for the creator and influencer channel, including iterative strategy and framework development, creator communications, and activation.
  • Implement strategies focused on brand safety, customer care, and marketing operations, providing comprehensive white-glove service for creators.
  • Forecast the economic impact of creator efforts, refining roadmaps based on a robust measurement framework and minimizing business risks.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and risks to brand reputation and/or platforms, developing and implementing preventative measures.
  • Define success benchmarks for creator care and establish effective methods for measurement and tracking.
  • Manage vendor relationships by overseeing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, specifically with internal media network teams and suppliers.
  • Approach all campaigns and processes with a member-first attitude.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand product roadmaps and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates.

Qualifications:

  • A strong track record of driving collaborative success.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g., Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Digital, Operations, or e-Commerce and retail).
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations, particularly across media, retail, and/or e-commerce.
  • Effective communication skills - you are equally comfortable engaging with new potential partners, meeting them in person, and following up with a "make things happen" attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an eye towards building new processes and frameworks that enable efficiency and scalability.
  • Builder mentality, demonstrating the ability to build programs from the ground up and self-start with minimal direction. Forward-thinking and skilled at building proactive strategic frameworks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.00 to $49.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
