• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Strong previous employment tenure/work history.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties for a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working around food waste and performing tote-cleaning duties.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, includingsummer heat and winter cold.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

• Operate aforklift for a large percentage of the shiftto safely move and position totes and materials.
• Handle and dump large totes containing food waste.
• Thoroughly clean and prepare totes for reuse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the food waste and warehouse areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing procedures.
• Properly wear required personal protective equipment and food-safety gear.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality throughout the rotating schedule.
