Engineering Manager, Logistics Data Products - Clearance Required Job Locations

Overview LMI is building authoritative Army logistics data products for Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for these capabilities. This is an engineering-forward management role. The Engineering Manager will serve as the team's supervisor while remaining directly involved in architecture, data engineering, ontology development, technical review, and production delivery. This position is part of the team supporting the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, delivering innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions. LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.

The target salary range for this position is $135,000-$190,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
