The Opportunity:

  • The Associate Director of Strategic Accounts provides strategic leadership across the designated vertical, guiding team development, sales initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is responsible for shaping and executing innovative strategies that enhance existing client engagement and service delivery at every touchpoint. This position aligns department initiatives with organizational goals, driving overall business success, and expanding existing client relationships.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

  • Oversee the strategic accounts team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor team members, fueling talent development and supporting them in achieving performance metrics and goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics for aligned team members and ensure they are actively fostering strong client relationships.
  • Responsible for overall business operations for all existing clients within scope, ensuring exceptional performance and growth.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing clients to help grow SPECTRAFORCEs footprint.
  • Provide high level client management strategies to ensure optimum account performance and profitability.
  • Determine and execute effective sales and penetration strategies for clients needs.
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team to analyze client performance and determine ways to enhance SPECTRAFORCEs market share and success.
  • Responsible for business forecasting and monitoring monthly targets for direct reports.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure client compliance.
  • Work with the executive team to align business goals with production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum six (6) years of managing diverse account/client portfolios
  • Experience handling multiple accounts while fostering strong client partnerships
  • Minimum five (5) years of staffing or agency experience
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience managing a team
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a dedicated business unit, industry, or geographic territory
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership and creative process solutions; translate concepts into actionable items
  • Confident decision-making and excellent intuitive judgement
  • Professional, adaptable, approachable, and resilient
  • Goal-oriented and strong desire to be successful
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with global teams

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
