We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support financial services clients and deliver an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from Financial Advisors, their assistants, and internal service partners while delivering world-class customer service. * Support annuity application processing and resolve issues related to annuity purchases, transfers, and corrections. * Provide accurate and timely information regarding annuity products, policies, procedures, and system functionality. * Process annuity transactions through the organization's annuity order entry platform. * Research and resolve inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Escalate complex issues as appropriate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of annuity products and be able to explain key features, benefits, and differences among available offerings. * Follow established schedules and adhere to customer service center operating hours. * Partner with internal stakeholders to address escalations and adapt to operational, procedural, and compliance-related changes. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications: * 2+ years of customer service experience for a financial services company. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Proven ability to collaborate and work well within a team. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.13 - $24.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
