Description and Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Transformation Director to help deliver Pinnacle, a strategic initiative focused on building an AI-enabled sales ecosystem. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive transformation initiatives that improve sales efficiency, productivity and performance by integrating AI capabilities into sales processes, tools, and ways of working. This is a role in a fast-paced, international environment, requiring strong stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will help drive the successful execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs and deliver measurable value. You will champion a customer-centric and outcome-driven approach, helping to create a seamless experience across the end-to-end customer buying journey, ensuring our sellers and partners have the support, tools and processes they need to excel.

This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week and includes travel 1-2 times per quarter as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver GTM Capabilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support process design and implementation of strategic technology solutions, including sales & partner tools, and AI platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution against agreed milestones and measures of success.
  • Partner with Digital Transformation and the Lenovo Experience Group to ensure solutions are effectively implemented, integrated, and adopted.
  • Promote a unified approach to tools and AI solutions in support of all revenue-generating roles.
Empower Sales Success
  • Partner with sales and partner teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and sales effectiveness through technology-enabled solutions
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of the new ecosystem
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of technology enablement initiatives on sales & partner performance.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance and deliver periodic reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
Drive Innovation and Change
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
  • Pilot and evaluate modern technologies, scaling successful solutions while learning from less successful attempts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in sales technology, data analytics and AI.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive people and program management experience in a matrixed global organization.
  • 10+ years of experience working with go-to-market sales programs.
  • 10+ years of experience driving digital transformation for Sales organizations as a key business stakeholder.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering a multiyear Sales enablement roadmap from end-to-end.
  • 12+ years of progressive people and program management experience in a matrixed global organization.
  • 12+ years of experience working with go-to-market sales programs.
  • 12+ years of experience driving transformation for Sales organizations as a key business stakeholder.
  • Strong knowledge of AI applications in sales, CRM platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and change management within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports as a people manager.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to understand business and user needs and help deliver technology solutions that resolve pain points.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of technology enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborative Leader: Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Communication skillset demonstrating cultural competency working across European, Chinese, American, Desi, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
  • Commitment and Relationship Building: Ability to gain alignment and drive adoption of modern technology initiatives across stakeholders and business teams.
  • Experience elevating and recognizing internal partnerships.
  • MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field strongly preferred.
