Requirements Ability to work collaboratively with team members Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production area Dependable work ethic and commitment to product quality Job Duties Work on packaging lines producing powders, tablets, and capsules Set up assigned packaging lines according to instructions from the Line Lead Work with packaging processes and equipment involving cotton, desiccants, neckbands, cappers, bottles, cleaning, packing, and palletizing Keep machines stocked and products moving through the packaging process Monitor equipment and packaging operations for potential problems Report packaging equipment issues to the Line Lead Assist the janitorial team with keeping the area clean and compliant with cGMP requirements Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
