Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour + $2 shift differential

Schedule:1st Shift (6 AM - 2;30 PM) 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12 AM)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills required.


Experience Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operator experience preferred.
  • Experience working with hand tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, or automated equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to changing production needs.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and work for the entire shift in a manufacturing environment.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, or move materials up to 40 pounds; lift-assist equipment provided for heavier items.
  • Frequent use of hands for repetitive tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined or narrow spaces as needed.
  • Comfortable working around machinery, production equipment, and typical manufacturing distractions.


Job Duties

  • Operate coil winding machines, hand-guided equipment, and other manufacturing machinery to produce transformer components according to quality standards.
  • Prepare coils for assembly and testing by bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, soldering, and attaching wires and connectors.
  • Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools, robotic welding equipment, and other production tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform transformer potting processes using epoxy and silica sand while minimizing waste and maintaining product quality.
  • Use lift-assist devices and material handling equipment to safely move products throughout the production process.
  • Support inventory counts, production schedules, and daily manufacturing operations to meet productivity goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards, and keep work areas clean and organized.
