Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required Previous experience operating a reach truck required Experience with RF scanners, inventory management, and order picking preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Job Duties Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials while verifying quantities and product condition Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently Palletize, wrap, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records Report inventory discrepancies and damaged materials to supervisors Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals Cross-train in other warehouse functions and assist as needed Preferred Qualifications Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Steel-toe boots required Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
