Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate production equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Fabricate and assemble metal doors according to customer specifications
• Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing process
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Handle custom orders and maintain production schedules
• Assist with material movement and inventory organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and production procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Door Fabricator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
