Job Overview

The Inside Product Support Sales Representative (IPSSR) is responsible for revenue growth and customer satisfaction of our Product Support Department. As a IPSSR you will work closely with the entire Product Support Department to create quotes and estimates for service work and maintenance agreements. The IPSSR will communicate daily with customers along with the Product Support Department. This position ensures that all related activities are conducted with the highest standard to optimize our customer's satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Generate written service quotes and effectively communicate the quote's scope of work with customers and service managers.
  • Initiate incremental improvement to Product Support sales through aggressive customer agreements and programs.
  • Maintain product population and Product Support Department opportunity associated with the products.
  • Analyze win and loss sales monthly.
  • Track agreement and program compliance and schedule product services as required within the agreements and programs.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical Certification or College Degree preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of simple machines
  • Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Office
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation



Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$65,000 -$85,000.. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
