Summary: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator II with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for a specific construction activity with the direct intent to gain hands-on skills and technical knowledge. Under the direct supervision of project leadership, responsible for supporting, learning, and performing the basic requisite skills necessary to eventually work independently within a construction management profession. Responsibilities: Provide specific construction management support
Review and help maintain supporting documentation (field books, daily reports, and safety logs) in consultation with Superintendents to form conclusions and make recommendations Arrange trucking, order fulfillment, and delivery of equipment Document work process as it relates to enhancing and or changing current company process standards

The base pay range for this role is $30.77 - $41.54. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. Please make note:
