About the Role

Are you a visionary professional passionate about shaping the future of learning on a global scale? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to support strategic learning initiatives for a critical localization program. In this deliverable-focused engagement, you will research and test emerging approaches for learning and development localization, design interactive experiences to showcase these approaches, and develop educational materials for internal stakeholders. You will collaborate directly with program leadership, transforming subject matter expertise into structured, professional learning and communications that will empower teams and drive global success.

What You'll Do



  • Research and test emerging approaches for learning and development localization.
  • Design interactive experiences to effectively showcase innovative localization strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive materials to educate internal stakeholders on new approaches and best practices.
  • Partner with program managers to translate complex subject matter expertise into clear, structured, and professional learning content.
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of global learning programs, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance.


What You'll Bring



  • 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven experience designing and developing learning or enablement materials from conception to completion.
  • Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize research and subject matter expert input into clear, structured deliverables.
  • Experience with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools.
  • Experience with localization, translation, or internationalization workflows.
  • Familiarity with building and testing generative AI solutions.


Nice-to-Haves



  • Experience with translation management systems.
  • Experience on machine translation with post-editing (MTPE) projects for learning and development materials.
  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Experience with industry-standard media applications.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
