Join us as a Sr Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations!
As the Sr. Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations, you will help BMC unlock our next phase of growth across product lines, customer segments, and global markets. In this highly strategic role, you'll drive GTM strategic planning across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring key functions remain fully aligned.
You'll work cross-functionally with senior leaders in Sales (CRO), Marketing, Customer Success, and the Product and Finance teams to define the GTM vision, strategy and execution elements. You will also play a key part in preparing executive -level content (e.g. strategic planning, budgeting, board meetings) and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into execution and that KPI's are rigorously tracked.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of high-velocity SaaS business models.

Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
