Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure - JLL

What this job involves:

The role supports the planning and execution of projects involving facilities, data centers, and critical systems. This role is ideal for professionals with moderate experience who are ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow their leadership and technical skills.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.

  • Support development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

  • Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.

  • Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.

  • Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of critical systems (e.g., HVAC, UPS, generators).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress).

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

  • Exposure to data center or mission-critical environments.
