About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Consumer Products team, driving the growth and success of licensing initiatives across international markets. You will be instrumental in managing key relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and ensuring the seamless launch of products that delight fans. Your work will directly contribute to expanding the brand's footprint and maximizing its commercial potential on a global scale. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, influence strategic decisions, and see your efforts come to life in consumer products around the world.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage a portfolio of international consumer products licensing partners across multiple categories and territories.
  • Support the growth of the consumer products business through new licensing, retail, and promotional opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, retailers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and partner onboarding.
  • Coordinate product development and approval processes to ensure successful launches and brand compliance.
  • Develop category and market recommendations informed by business performance, retail insights, and industry trends.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Brand, Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Monitor partner performance, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, business updates, and reporting for internal leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Required Skills and Experience



  • 4+ years of experience in consumer products, licensing, brand management, retail, or related fields.
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree are highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in presentation software, spreadsheet applications, and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Direct consumer products licensing experience, including licensee management, deal negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Experience in entertainment, media, character brands, or franchise licensing.
