AI Enterprise Engineer

About Our Team

We are building Qira's enterprise platform and are looking for engineers who want to work at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and cloud services.

As an AI Enterprise Engineer, you will help design, build, and operate the systems that allow enterprise customers to deploy and manage AI capabilities securely and at scale. You will work alongside senior engineers and architects while growing your expertise in enterprise software and AI-powered applications.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and enterprise platform features.
• Build APIs and integrations connecting Qira to enterprise systems and services.
• Contribute to enterprise capabilities including identity, administration, governance, and knowledge retrieval.
• Debug and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute technical ideas.
• Write maintainable, testable, and observable software.
• Support cloud deployment and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing capabilities.
• Continuously learn new technologies and AI development practices.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience developing software using one or more high-level programming languages.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and web services.
• Experience with cloud computing concepts.
• Experience working within a collaborative software development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building web services or backend applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience using Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to AI applications, LLMs, or machine learning systems.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools.
