Overview
The Security Marketing team is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate Vice President and broader leadership team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role requires proven organizational skills, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities with professionalism and composure. The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to manage time-sensitive work while coordinating effectively across stakeholders. Success in this role requires proven calendaring capabilities, operational discipline, clear communication, and effective use of data and business systems. The Executive Business Administrator will help drive business rhythm, support leadership priorities, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and represent the executive office with discretion and confidence. Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $33.89 - $67.16 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $45.67 - $73.65 per hour. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
