As a Principal Technical Program Manager in ourFoundry Agent Platformorganization, you will sit at the center of how we plan, secure, and execute the Azure capacity that powers Microsoft's AI platform. Job Purpose Overview You will own the execution strategy for Azure capacity management acrossFoundry Agent Platform, turning demand signals into forecasts, plans, and firm commitments while keeping engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders aligned on timelines and tradeoffs. This role is where clarity gets created: you will define what success looks like, drive delivery across teams, and build deep technical and business judgment in one of the fastest-moving areas of the company. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
