Are you a master storyteller who can transform intricate financial concepts into clear, human, and compelling content? We are seeking a visionary copywriter to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging communications that resonate with everyone from key decision-makers to employees. This is your chance to make complex topics accessible, inspire action, and directly influence how individuals engage with essential financial services, including retirement plans, stock plans, and equity awards. Your work will span across diverse platforms, ensuring every message is impactful and memorable.

What You'll Do



  • Solve complex business and marketing problems with simple, engaging, intuitive client experiences.
  • Be a multi-channel expert, applying best practices for crafting everything from video and print to websites and social media.
  • Learn, use, and evolve our client's unique and approachable voice, proving that financial communications can be human-centered.
  • Deliver big, strategically based creative ideas grounded in human truths.
  • Craft engaging, client-centric content that moves people to action.
  • Work within brand guidelines while cleverly pushing creative boundaries to their limit.
  • Solve problems on the fly-whether they're creative, timing, or process-related.
  • Rigorously self-edit with attention to tone, brevity, and clarity-making every single word count.
  • Manage projects independently while knowing when to seek collaboration and support.
  • Efficiently juggle multiple project types, consistently meeting timelines and deadlines.
  • Actively engage in meetings, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and proactively offer assistance as a dedicated team player.
  • Present ideas with excellence, confidently winning over audiences and selling concepts with a strong understanding of business objectives, client insights, data, and strategic reasoning.
  • Solve marketing partner challenges by thinking strategically, applying past feedback, and leveraging data and client knowledge.
  • Actively build strong, productive relationships through close collaboration with various internal partners.
  • Receive, respond to, and implement feedback with patience, professionalism, and understanding.
  • Ask and answer insightful questions that help the team achieve marketing partner needs and goals.


Required Skills & Experience



  • 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, demonstrating exceptional skill and impact.
  • Proven expertise in creating best-in-class digital content across various platforms.
  • Ability to strike a balance between meeting technical optimization requirements and delivering a deeply human experience.
  • Experience using AI tools and systems to enhance efficiency and creativity, with a willingness to discover and share new approaches.
  • Strong systems thinking and understanding of how to creatively maximize content management system capabilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work that highlights craft, creativity, B2B writing proficiency, and strategic thinking, demonstrating your ability to elevate the creative quality of everything you touch.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Five or more years of professional B2B copywriting experience, ideally within financial services or corporate workplace solutions.
  • Familiarity with best practices for content optimization and the B2B sales funnel.
  • Experience with content management systems.
