Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, and policy violations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Support access control, visitor assistance, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
