  • Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering exceptional results.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in materials sourcing, product sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or product development.
  • Background in materials (textiles, fabrics, trims, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively across global teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution independently.
  • Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in Asia.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience sourcing woven materials or technical textiles.
  • Background in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Exposure to sustainability or supplier strategy initiatives.
