Office Manager USC Marshall School of Business Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies The Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is the hub for entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business, equipping students, faculty and staff with the skills, resources and networks for a variety of roles in new and established ventures. Through curriculum, co-curricular programs, research and community building, the Center serves as the front door to entrepreneurial activity across the university. Founded in 1972 as the first integrated entrepreneurship program at a U.S. business school, the Greif Center is among the oldest and most influential entrepreneurship programs in the world. It offers more than 50 courses across undergraduate and graduate levels, including an undergraduate concentration and minor and two master's degrees: the MS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the MS in Social Entrepreneurship. Its co-curricular programs among them the Marshall Greif Incubator, the New Venture Seed Competition, the Blackstone LaunchPad, and the Athena Initiative provide hands-on support for founders at every stage. The Center also advances research on entrepreneurship and convenes the broader community through summits, pitch competitions and speaker events. This position is in charge of office operations, supervises administrative processes, organizes the scheduling of classes, coordinates office activities, is responsible for overseeing the Greif budget and financial transactions, and serves as a resource for staff, faculty, students, and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer service-focused, is adept at budget and financial management, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Anticipated Hiring Range: The salary range for this position is $71,617.82 - $92,163.44.
