Security Officer Patrol Observation

As a Security Officer Patrol Observation in Independence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support orderly operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of distribution areas, parking areas, trailer locations, entry points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles to help deter unauthorized activity and support site operations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
