We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to drive advertising solutions that build brands and deliver measurable conversions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping omnichannel ad campaigns from inception to execution, directly influencing client success and revenue growth. What You'll Do:



  • Act as a strong executor and consultative partner, developing strategic plans and executing managed-service and self-service campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft strategic, data-driven media proposals that align perfectly with client objectives.
  • Lead external advertiser and agency discussions, showcasing deep expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of diverse media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless campaign launches and exceptional client experiences by adhering to internal SLAs and quality assurance processes.
  • Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations, leveraging executive presence to drive incremental revenue growth with clients and agencies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to effectively traffic campaigns across various ad technology platforms.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.


What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related area.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • A deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and the media math required for effective optimization.
  • Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification and innovative solution development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Robust project management capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • High comfort level navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including in-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • A proven track record of influencing advertiser investments through compelling media strategies.
