Joining this team means contributing to a brand that truly impacts lives and sets trends on a global scale.

About the Opportunity

Are you deeply immersed in beauty culture, always a step ahead of the latest social trends, and skilled at transforming everyday digital interactions into powerful brand loyalty? This pivotal role invites you to become the authentic voice, attentive ears, and creative heart of a global beauty brand, specializing in haircare, haircolor, and skincare. You'll be instrumental in shaping our digital presence, fostering vibrant communities, and driving meaningful engagement. This is your chance to make a significant impact by directly connecting with millions of beauty enthusiasts and elevating a beloved brand through your creativity and strategic insights.

What You'll Do

  • Drive real-time engagement by monitoring, publishing, and interacting proactively and reactively with fans, followers, creators, and beauty lovers across major social platforms.
  • Act as the primary social copywriter, crafting platform-native, engaging copy for both organic and paid social content that authentically represents the brand voice.
  • Partner with customer care teams and agency partners to ensure top-tier response rates and seamless escalation of consumer needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of social giveaways, including official rules, winner selection, outreach, and fulfillment, while managing administrative needs for team projects.
  • Create social-first content, capturing lo-fi photo/video assets, behind-the-scenes footage, and live event coverage, comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Own the content calendar, building, curating, and executing multi-platform social media strategies aligned with wider marketing initiatives and product launch timelines.
  • Lead content development from ideation through post-production, collaborating with brand teams, external creators, and industry experts to bring compelling stories to life.
  • Draft sharp creative briefs for agencies and creators, and optimize assets-including exploring AI-generated imagery-to align with platform best practices.
  • Spot cultural moments using social listening, search behavior, and competitive monitoring to identify real-time, nimble content opportunities.
  • Track and analyze social KPIs using analytics tools like Sprinklr and native platform insights to deliver actionable recaps and continuously optimize performance.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with emerging platforms, AI tools, and novel content formats, sharing key learnings with the broader brand team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with advocacy, marketing, digital, and retailer teams to align social activations with major product pushes and influencer campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or community management (agency, in-house, publisher, or creator-led brand).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Deep, native understanding of what drives engagement and success on TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube (Shorts).
  • Proficiency with mobile video capture and mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
  • Exceptional writing skills with an innate ability to capture a distinct brand tone and voice.
  • High energy, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, personal care, and internet culture.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
