Optum New York is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our physician-led primary care team in Mount Kisco, NY, located just one hour from New York City.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and diagnostic results
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Promote preventive care and population health initiatives
• Deliver high-quality, value-based patient care

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted New York medical license or license in process
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care

• Compensation range: $229,500 - $378,000
