Role Summary Serves as a senior strategic leader responsible for high-impact product marketing initiatives, complex go-to-market programs, and enterprise-level influence. Acts as a key advisor to leadership and drives market growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale or high-visibility product marketing strategies Define long-term market positioning and customer strategies Influence product roadmap decisions through market insight Drive executive-level communications and launch readiness Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives Mentor and develop product marketing talent Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and best practices Required Experience 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, or related field Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, including product messaging and storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Growing strategic thinking and business acumen Collaborative cross-functional partner Ability to influence internal and external customers NRG Energy is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
