As our HR Business Process & Reporting Lead, you'll play a key role in transforming Human Resources operations by identifying smarter ways of working, enhancing Workday functionality, and delivering meaningful data and reporting that drives informed decision-making. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with HR leaders, Payroll, Information Technology, and HRIS experts to improve workflows, strengthen data integrity, and maximize the value of our HR technology systems. What You'll Do Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline HR business processes through technology and automation. Partner with the HRIS Director and Solutions Architect to identify system enhancements, security improvements, and workflow efficiencies. Collaborate with Payroll to improve HR and payroll processes while reducing retroactive payroll calculations and manual work. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple HR disciplines, supporting Workday enhancements, upgrades, testing, documentation, and user communications. Analyze business needs and recommend innovative system solutions that improve operational effectiveness. Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Workday's standard and custom reporting tools. Perform routine data audits, analyze trends, and recommend improvements that strengthen data quality and reporting accuracy. Provide expert guidance and exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues and supporting HR system users. Design and deliver user education, training materials, newsletters, system documentation, and learning resources related to Workday functionality and upgrades. Partner with HR leaders to solve business challenges and improve system utilization across the organization. Stay current on Workday capabilities, HR technology trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve HR operations. Support departmental priorities while promoting quality improvement, collaboration, compliance, and operational excellence. What You'll Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Five (5) or more years of experience supporting Human Resources business processes and HR technology systems. Experience working with or supporting Workday. Strong understanding of HR operations and employee data management. Experience identifying business problems, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements. Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and continuously expand technical expertise.
