Your role
As a Service Center Manager, you will drive growth of the parts and service business by delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and profitable service center performance. You will lead service operations, develop your team, and ensure equipment is repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will report to the National Operations Manager. Supervisory Responsibilities
Travel: Occassional travel may be required for this position (approximately 10%) To succeed, you will need 3 to5 years of service leadership experience is required, preferably with hands-on technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of compressed air equipment, generators, dewatering pumps, energy storage systems, or similar industrial equipment. A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant work experience will also be considered.
