Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing to support and execute integrated multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing, landing pages, search marketing, CMS platforms, and campaign execution while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality digital customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across web, email, search, social media, and digital advertising channels.
  • Build and manage campaign landing pages, event pages, emails, automation workflows, and web content.
  • Participate in campaign kick-off meetings and ensure complete understanding of campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate campaign assembly, coding, creative assets, content publishing, and quality assurance.
  • Implement and optimize customer journeys across digital channels.
  • Support search optimization through organic keyword research and paid search campaign execution.
  • Create, publish, and launch digital campaign assets within established timelines.
  • Perform A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and search advertisements.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure successful deployment across all digital channels.
  • Prepare campaign rollout documentation and coordinate with regional and country teams.
  • Gather campaign feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities based on best practices.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the digital journey.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, digital channel, social media, and CRM teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Email marketing
    • Landing pages and forms
    • Search marketing (SEO/SEM)
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Web content management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and campaign execution.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on digital marketing best practices, including web and email optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong ownership mindset.
